Greenbank Holidays Limited, trading as Eurocamp Independent, is providing this section of its website to be used only for legitimate trading of products relating to camping, caravanning and motorcaravanning.

We request that sellers provide information that is as exact & detailed as possible in order to accurately represent the item that they are selling. Whilst legal liability for adverts will remain with the advertiser, Eurocamp Independent does review submissions to try and ensure its guidelines have been followed but has no opportunity to verify the validity of the offers made by individual advertisers and asks all users to avoid scams by using commonsense.

Interested parties should always make their own enquiries. Your interactions with individuals found through this website, including condition of goods and arrangement & delivery of goods, are solely between you and such individuals. We would recommend that you inspect any item that you intend to purchase where possible. Eurocamp Independent is not responsible or liable for any loss or dispute of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings.
If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Eurocamp Independent is under no obligation to become involved.

You may provide up to three photos of the item you are selling. You must ensure and take legal responsibility for owning the copyright of the photo you use. Usually this photo would be a picture you have taken yourself of your caravan, camping furniture etc.

Eurocamp Independent reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to display individual adverts or requests.
