Western Portugal offers a refreshing change of pace with huge open skies, culturally vibrant towns and Atlantic rollers breaking onto wide empty beaches. Situated on the Costa de Prata, this is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, with medium-sized camping pitches, which are mostly shaded by tall pine trees. Simply relax on the bar terrace and sunny lawns or make use of the swimming pool, tennis court and bike hire on site. Alternatively, take a stroll down to the sheltered beach, just 600m away. São Pedro de Moel is a colourful, typically Portuguese town with lots of charm, where you must sample the excellent seafood and local Bairrada wines. Location: 500m from São Pedro de Moel and 12km from the market town of Marinha Grande.
