Campsite Description

A vast estate of wooded parkland forms the setting for this large, very lively 'Castels' site. A beautiful château and three lakes complement the converted old farm buildings, which house the bars, restaurant and underground disco. There are pony rides for the children, a cricket pitch, a forest adventure course for the daring, a driving range and 18-hole golf course (proof of handicap required). The site has an impressive indoor pool, complete with wave pool to complement the splendid water-park style complex. After a hectic day's swimming, relax with a cool, refreshing drink on the adjoining terrace or sample the regional delicacies in the site's popular restaurant. Fishing is available in low season only and a permit is required. Location: Surrounded by unspoilt farmland 32km south east of St Malo. The market town of Dol-de-Bretagne is just 8km away. Around & about: Attractions in the surrounding area include the old walled town of St. Malo and the magnificent Mont St. Michel. Golf at Dol: With its beautiful and professional parkland course, two putting greens and a practice range, the facilities here are simply first class. Please note that all golfers will need to show a handicap card before playing here. Expert tuition is also available. Residents on site pay a special rate, tariffs are between €28 and €48 per day depending on the time of year.
