Campsite Description

With a stunning location on a quiet peninsula between two sandy beaches, Camping de la Baie is a small site that is perfect for a family holiday. In July and August the site offers a range of organised children's activities, sports tournaments, bicycle tours and walks. It is a family-run site with friendly owners and first class amenities including a pleasant swimming pool and a bar/restaurant/crêperie overlooking the beach, serving fresh seafood and Breton specialties. The camping area is neatly arranged with pleasantly shaded, compact pitches to which access may be difficult for larger outfits. Location: Beside a sheltered sandy beach and about 1.5km away from La Trinité, one of France's leading yachting centres. Around & about: This campsite provides a great base from which to explore the rich culture and history of Southern Brittany. The megalithic sites of Carnac are only 5km away, while the beautiful Gulf de Morbihan is only a 15km drive. You can discover the local area with a stroll along the harbourside at La Trinité, or visit one of the tempting restaurants and crêperies for a taste of Breton cuisine.
