Campsite Description

Located in a shady pine forest, a few kilometres inland from the beaches of the Vendéen resorts, Les Biches offers plenty of facilities for the whole family. The swimming pools and waterslide are also very popular and what better place to relax than the adjacent open-air bar terrace. Lively entertainment and discos are regularly held in the bar in peak season making this campsite a popular choice for those with teenagers. The pleasant camping area is well laid out with pitches of various sizes that are generally shady and sandy and are separated by shrubs and tall trees. Location: The site is located in between the resorts of St Gilles and St Hilaire, just a short drive from the glorious sandy beaches of the Vendéen coast. Around & about: Take a day trip to Les Sables d'Olonne. There is an excellent surfing beach, a good choice of shops to explore and a popular zoo for the children. Additional Activities: There are plenty of opportunities for watersports all within easy reach of the campsite, while the surrounding forests are great for exploring by foot, bicycle or even on horseback! Days out: The Planète Sauvage, an hour's car journey away, is a great day trip with over 2000 animals to see in a vast safari park
