Campsite Description

You'll be sure to receive a warm welcome from the friendly owners at this pleasant site, just 400m from a delightful sandy beach. It is attractively laid out with pine trees and palms providing welcome respite from the Mediterranean sun and the excellent facilities (open high season only) will appeal to all. All guests are required to wear a wristband for use of the facilities (€1 payable on arrival in high season). For younger children, there are two play areas, a fun paddling pool and plenty of crafts and games on offer, and in high season there's a disco every evening for the teenagers as well as themed cabaret, Flamenco and Catalan entertainment for a flavour of the local area. Just a short car journey away, you can shop and sightsee in Perpignan or explore the picturesque walking trails in the Pyrénées, including the Cerdagne mountain area with its tall peaks and sparkling lakes. Location: 4km from the small resort of Torreilles and 12km east of Perpignan. Around & about: The medieval town of Perpignan is essentially Catalan but also has some Romany and North African influences, which you can see just by wandering through the streets. Stop off at the Palais des Rois de Majorique, stroll through the Quartier Saint-Jean and picnic in the Jardin de Saint-Vicens.
