Campsite Description

Delightfully located among vineyards and peach orchards, Les Pêcheurs is a family-run site with a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities are housed in Provençal style buildings and this, together with the profusion of flowers and shrubs, gives the site a charm of its own. The camping area is flat, with individual pitches separated by mature trees, which provide privacy and shade (sometimes access can be difficult for larger caravans). There's a 25 metre swimming pool on site which is complemented by a relaxing spa area with jacuzzi (payable). Fishing and canoeing are permitted on the river adjacent to the site and there is an organised hike to the summit of the Roquebrune rock, from which you can truly appreciate the surrounding landscape. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the terrace, or sample some of the traditional dishes on offer at the attractive restaurant. Just a 10 minute stroll from the site you'll find the village of Roquebrune with its narrow cobbled streets and a selection of restaurants. Location: Situated at the entrance of the Medieval village of Roquebrune-sur- Argens just 12km from the lively resorts of the Côte d'Azur. Around & about: The site organise a number of sight-seeing tours to Monaco, Nice and even Italy.
