Campsite Description

La Forêt is a small, attractive site with a friendly, family atmosphere and good facilities. It's the perfect place to relax, with large, grassy pitches that are pleasantly shaded by tall trees. Some road noise can be heard from pitches at the back of the campsite. There's a delightful pool area with a sunbathing terrace, or just a short walk through a pine forest takes you directly to a long stretch of sandy beach, where you can splash around in the sea, or simply soak up the sunshine. If you are feeling energetic, there is a cycle path to the seaside town of St Jean de Monts which runs directly past the entrance to the site. Location: The site is ideally located just 2km from the attractive resort of Notre-Dame-de-Monts and 6km from the many restaurants of St. Jean-de-Monts. Around & about: You're spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, some sandy and sheltered, others with small coves and rock pools. Waterbabies will love the thrills and spills of the 'Oceanile' waterpark on the pretty neighbouring island at Noirmoutier.
