Holland

Camping and Touring in Holland

Where rainbow rows of tulip filled fields are interspersed with iconic windmills, Holland is a beautiful country, which is easily accessible from the ferry ports at either Rotterdam or Zeebrugge. Rich in history and culture, the artistic legacies of Van Gogh, Rembrandt and Jan Vermeer are evident in the many museums and galleries in the canal woven capital, Amsterdam. Enjoy a day sampling the quaint pancake shops or cheese market stalls in this great city, or cycle through the surrounding tree-lined countryside, passing traditional clog factories. The lesser known wild dune beaches of the Dutch coast are also worth a visit.
